Correct! It is possible for me to give permission to maintain a
directory or even a file to somebody, without giving him/her
total control of the site.

If we have time, we should spend it for applications that need to
be developed.  A web magazine problem is solved, let us not
reinvent it unless something is seriously wrong with the
available applications.
