[Fsf-web] Uploading software to the website

Hi everyone,

What is the policy for uploading software to the
website's 'Free Software downloads' page
(http://www.gnu.org.in/software/software.html)?
There's someone who has emailed me with a request to
add his software to our Free Software Directory
listing, and has asked if his software can be uploaded
too.
