[Fsf-web] Static Page design.

Hi, 

    We had discussion on GNU Art works for FSF India and we got
    some images. 

    Seems that no suggestions came for page design. 
    Can some one come up with a simple template we can use ?
    Not with much colors or graphics. Any volunteers ?
    
    Also we can up load the projects page and other informations.
