We could just set up a separate mailing list for this purpose with the
NGO staff and interested volunteers as subscribers.
That coupled with the forum should be sufficient. Making extensive
web-applications for this purpose is not feasible for a voluntary
organisation in its infancy where time and resources are at a premium.
Our first priority is a *basic* information website for which
fsf-web@gnu.org.in is the discussion list.
