Dear All,

 Next free software event. Some of us  are trying to organise a
workshop on free software
for film production on 18th as part of IFFK.

If everyting goes well, soon we may hear the news of a major film
studio in India migrating to
free software.

Content of the workshop is as below.

FREE SOFTWARE - REVOLUTION IN FILM MAKING

1)  Impact of digital technology in cinema

2) Inavilability of technology for the low budjet/zero budjet film makers

3) Free software - A comparison

4) Free software - explosion in film making


Need volunteers for event promotion, organisations, poster design etc...
First task, a small write up for the IFFK newsletter.
