Yes, it is possible. It is easy to mount it (at least read-only) using a
kernel drivers from the Linux-NTFS project
[http://linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net/]. If you're on a RedHat based system
especially, this is just a matter of downloading the appropriate RPM and
installing it. You will later need to modify your /etc/fstab to
automount this partition on boot.
