August 29, 2002 -- The new guidelines are now available.

Proposals may be submitted at any time, however they will reviewed 
with all other proposals when the next batch process of reviews is 
announced. Proposals are reviewed in batches during the year. The 
next batch review deadline will be September 30, 2002.
All submissions for the next round will be expected to conform to the 
revised guidelines. 


How to Submit a Proposal to infoDev:

1. Download and carefully review the Guidelines for Writing an 
infoDev Proposal Revised August 2002
